Information we use

Discord login is used to identify you and check which Discord servers you can manage. NoxAccess may process Discord user IDs, server IDs, role IDs, channel IDs, and server names.

NoxAccess stores server setup fields, saved member access state, selected roles/channels, support notes, and saved access alignment state needed to keep paid Discord access trustworthy.

What we do not collect

NoxAccess does not ask for Discord passwords. People using the customer dashboard do not see NoxAccess owner payment history. Payment provider information is handled separately from the customer dashboard.

The dashboard does not expose private data from Discord communities the signed-in account cannot access.

NoxAccess does not sell customer data.

How information is used

Information is used to show readiness checks, member access state, support context, and safe next steps for the selected Premium server.

Discord bot tokens and Supabase service keys are server-side secrets and are not sent to the browser.

Payments and checkout providers

NoxAccess is designed to work alongside external checkout providers such as Ko-fi, Patreon, or similar tools. Those providers may have their own privacy policies and account data. NoxAccess only uses payment-related information when it is needed to run NoxAccess access, billing, or support paths.
